Health Capacity Building

Healthcare systems in South-East Asia are often under-resourced.

Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in South-East Asia do an amazing job in often challenging care settings. A4D aims to improve health outcomes by increasing HCPs capability and capacity to manage Type 1 Diabetes cases on the ground through online and in-person training, webinars and T1D Network Meetings

T1D Network meetings:

A network comprising of the A4D HCP Advisory Group and HCPs who have been put forward in each country where we operate. The objectives are to exchange knowledge and enhance skills through lectures and case studies, facilitate sharing of best practice medical and psychosocial support for T1D, and strengthen SEA HCP collaboration in the area of T1D. Join our T1D Network HERE.

Healthcare Professional Training

Organising training whether online or in-person for healthcare professionals working in T1D care to stay up to date on best practices.

A4D Webinars:

A free continuous T1D education resource for HCPs in South-East Asia. With contribution from international experts, the aim of the webinars is to empower HCPs with new knowledge and skills.
